• Social media information: Handles/usernames, links to profiles, follower counts, engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, views).[9]
• Campaign data: Campaigns you create or join, posts you make as part of campaigns, screenshots or links you submit as proof.
• Payment information: Limited billing details required to send or receive payments (actual card/bank data is processed by thirdparty payment providers, not stored by us).
• Usage data: Device information, IP address, browser type, app version, pages and screens viewed, date/time of access, and basic analytics.
We collect this information when you: • Create or update an account.
• Connect your social media accounts.
• Create or join campaigns.
• Submit posts, screenshots, or links.
• Contact us for support.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to: • Provide, operate, and improve the Platform.
• Match Brands and Influencers and display relevant campaign opportunities.
• Calculate basic engagement metrics and other performance statistics.
• Process payments to or from you through thirdparty payment providers.
• Communicate with you about your account, campaigns, and Platform updates.
• Monitor for fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.
We may also use aggregated or anonymized data (that does not identify you personally) for analytics, research, and business reporting.[4][5][6]

3.Legal Basis and Consent

By using the Platform and providing personal information, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Policy, in accordance with PIPEDA.[4][5]
You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to provide some or all Platform features to you.

• Brands can view Influencer profiles, social handles, follower/engagement metrics, and campaign activity as needed to run campaigns.
• Influencers can view certain Brand profile details and campaign information.[9]
• Service providers:
• Payment processors, hosting providers, analytics services, email/SMS providers, and other vendors who help us run the Platform.
• These providers are given only the information they need to perform their services and are expected to protect it appropriately.[4][5]
• Legal and regulatory authorities: • If required by law, regulation, court order, or to respond to valid legal process.
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of Micromatching, our users, or others.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.[4][6]

6. International Transfers

Some of our service providers (for example, cloud hosting or payment processors) may be located outside of Canada. This means your personal information may be processed in other countries, which may have different privacy laws. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected.[4][5]

7. Data Retention
